Your data stays on your device. We don’t collect it, we don’t sell it, we don’t share it. You're FRIED is built to help you, not to monetize your health information.
You're FRIED (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a burnout tracking app developed by Gamalier de Jesús. This policy explains how the FRIED iOS application handles your information.
FRIED collects the following information that you voluntarily provide during daily check-ins:

All data is stored locally on your device using iOS’s built-in UserDefaults storage. Your check-ins, scores, and personal information never leave your phone. There is no cloud sync, no server, no database on our end.
If you delete the app, all data is permanently removed from your device.
FRIED does not collect, access, or transmit:
FRIED v1.0.0 does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. There are no tracking SDKs, no ad networks, and no third-party cookies.
If we add AI-powered insights in a future update that send check-in data to an external AI service, we will update this policy and notify you before any data is transmitted off your device.
If you enable daily reminders, FRIED uses iOS’s local notification system to send you a check-in reminder. This is handled entirely on your device — no push notification server is involved. You can disable reminders at any time in the app’s Settings or in iOS Settings.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with anyone. Period.
If you choose to use the “Share My FRIED Score” feature, you are voluntarily sharing a text summary of your score through iOS’s share sheet. We do not control or track what you share or where you share it.
FRIED is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation and stores all data locally.
You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings → Data → Delete All Data in the app. This permanently removes all check-ins, scores, badges, and personal information from your device. Since we don’t store anything on our servers, there’s nothing else to delete.
Alternatively, uninstalling the app will remove all data.
If we make changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes (like adding server-side data processing), we will notify you through an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
